Custom Orders

If you have a vision I am happy to bring it into reality. Fill out the custom order form and I’ll work with you to make your custom order.

After receiving your custom order form I will respond with a design option and propose a price. If you think I'm on the right track and we both agree to continue, I will invoice you for payment in full.

In correspondence about custom orders, I may have question for you. If I receive no response (within two days) from you after two emails, I will send a third notifying you that the order is cancelled and inviting you to place the order again.

Custom sizes are also possible. Select "Custom" from the drop down menu within the listing and enter your desired size in the text box at checkout.


I take great care in making, packaging and shipping my items, but if after receiving an item you are not 100% satisfied, or feel the item isn't as described, you are welcome to contact me.  Exchanges and refunds are available up to 20 days after shipping the original order.

Generally, I do not refund custom orders. If you are dissatisfied with your custom order please contact me and we will work out a fair solution based on your unique situation.


At Mumbles and Things I am committed to your complete satisfaction. If something breaks I want to fix it, get in touch with me. I will tell you if there will be a cost to repair and where to ship your item.

If prompted after you've contacted me please ship your item in a padded envelope, include inside with the item your name, email, shipping address, and check or money order if applicable. You are responsible for covering the shipping costs to me, however I will return your repaired item and pay for shipping. It is my promise that your jewelry will look like nothing happened to it. 

Mumbles & Things does not accept forced returns. Do not ship anything back to me without first contacting me.

Note: Repairs are free during the first 30 days of purchase. After that a labor fee of $15.00 will be applied.


I use bubble wrap lined mailers for most small treasures and boxes for larger orders. Most packaging materials I use are reused or repurposed. I encourage you to reuse these materials too.


Orders will ship in 1-3 business days. This processing time is not included in the actually shipping time. Please let me know if you would like rushed delivery (meaning your order gets moved to the top of the queue), I will try my best to accommodate you on a case-by-case basis.

I ship USPS with tracking included. If you're in a rush, Priority and Express shipping are also available. Choosing Priority or Express shipping does not speed up production time. Contact me BEFORE purchasing to make sure your desired delivery time can be met. If there is an unexpected delay in production or shipment, you'll be notified via email. Delivery times cannot be guaranteed.

I will work out a shipment plan for custom design orders.

Note: Wholesale orders, have different shipping times, please contact me, since it varies depending on your order.

I will use the address you provide upon checkout, so please, double check that all information is current and correct to avoid any unnecessary delay in delivery. Orders will not be refunded or reshipped due to buyer providing an incorrect address.

Priority - 2 Days
$6.90 flat rate + $0.50 per item

Express - 1-2 Days
$22.50 flat rate + $0.50 per item



International packages will likely arrive within 7-21 days of shipment, but can take longer due to your country's customs procedures and postal delivery system. INTERNATIONAL DELIVERY TIMES CANNOT BE GUARANTEED. Allow at least 30 days for delivery before getting worried.

Your country may charge additional custom fees on your package. You're responsible for any custom charges levied by your country on your package.

First check in with your housemates, neighbors and visitors to insure that someone didn't pick up the package and forget to tell you. Then, check with your local postal carrier to see if the package is being held there. Lastly, contact me to start a lost package claim.

At this time I ship internationally to the UK, Australia, Canada and Mexico via USPS First Class Mail and Priority Mail. It's HIGHLY RECOMMENDED that you invest in priority shipping for your international order.

PLEASE NOTE THAT I DO NOT, FOR ANY REASON, RESHIP OR REFUND MERCHANDISE DUE TO LOST PACKAGE CLAIMS. By making an international purchase with this shop, the buyer assumes all risks to delivery. A US Customs number will be provided which will allow tracking up to the point the package leaves US soil, after which tracking may not be available depending on the postal system of the destination country.

Lost packages VERY RARE, and are not the fault of this shop, but the fault of the shipping company.
