Q:  What methods of payment do you accept?
A:  Visa, Mastercard, American Express and Discover.

Q:  Does Mumbles and Things ship internationally?
A:  At this time we only ship within the US. (Etsy makes it easier for me to ship internationally, find your product there if you are not in the US)

Q: Why hasn't my order shipped?
A: The processing time for most orders is 1-3 days. If we are still within that window, you're order is probably still being lovingly handcrafted. If it has been longer than three days and I have not contacted you, please contact me.

Q:  Do you offer refunds and exchanges?
A:  I take great care in making, packaging and shipping my items, but if after receiving an item you are not 100% satisfied, or feel the item isn't as described, you are welcome to contact me to arrange a return for an exchange. Sorry, I do not offer refunds.

Q: My purchase broke, will you fix it?
A: In the event that an item is damaged within 30 days of purchase, I am happy to repair or exchange your item. To do this, I need to have the item shipped back to me in its original protective packaging. Upon receipt of the item I will repair the item or, if beyond repair, offer a replacement. After 30 days a labor fee of $15 will be required to repair the item.

Q: Do you do custom orders?
A: If you have a vision I am happy to bring it into reality.  Contact me and I’ll work with you to make your custom order.

Q: Do you offer wholesale?
A: If you are a retail store and wish to sell Mumbles and Things jewelry please direct your inquiries to this contact form. I love doing business with retail stores, metaphysical shops, and yoga studios. Let me know if you would like customization or alteration.

Q:  My order is a gift, will the package include pricing information?
A:  No need to worry! Just let me know at checkout in the notes section that it's a gift and I will not include the cost on your packing slip.

Q:  I have another question that is not listed here, what do I do?
A:  Scroll to the top of any screen and click the email address on the left. Send an email and I'll get back to you within 48 hours!
