Q:  What methods of payment do you accept?
A:  Visa, Mastercard, American Express and Discover. You also can checkout using your PayPal account.

Q:  Does Mumbles and Things ship internationally?
A:  Yes! We ship all over the world, with very few exceptions.

Q:  Do you offer refunds and exchanges?
A:  I take great care in making, packaging and shipping my items, but if after receiving an item you are not 100% satisfied, or feel the item isn't as described, you are welcome to contact me either though the contact form to arrange a return for an exchange. Sorry, I do not offer refunds.

Q: My purchase broke, will you fix it?

In the event that an item is damaged with 30 days of purchase, I am happy to repair or exchange your item. To do this, I need to have the item shipped back to me in its original protective packaging. Upon receipt of the item I will repair the item or, if beyond repair, offer a replacement. After 30 days a labor fee of $15 will be required to repair the item.

Q:  Will I be paying sales tax on my order?
A:  Mumbles and Things is only required to collect sales tax on purchases made in New Jersey.  If you live in NJ, NJ Sales Tax will be included in your order when you checkout. 

Q:  My order is a gift, will the package include pricing information?
A:  No need to worry! Packages do not have any pricing information.

A:  Scroll to the bottom of any screen and click Contact Us on the bottom left. Send an email and I'll get back to you within 48 hours!
